STAN LEE’S HOW TO DRAW COMICS (AND OTHER STORIES)

Yup, I KNOW I haven’t updated this blog in month and months.  (It was almost as though I’d disappeared into the bowels of Epic Con…it’s been that long since my last exciting episode.)    There’s a reason I’ve not posted here.  Well, lots of reasons, actually.  But one of them is pretty simple:  I’m now posting just about every day on Facebook (as David Campiti) and on Twitter (as DavidCampitiGHG).  Add me.  You’ll get my comments in short bursts, but there’ll be far more of them and you won’t have to wait months.

Here’s another one that explains a bit about how busy I’ve been:  I finally wrote a book based on my Creating Comics Seminars!  Now huge heaping helpings of the stuff I’ve been teaching, that’ve guided and launched the careers of literally hundreds of artists worldwide, have made it into a real book.  And I did the book with my hero, Stan “The Man” Lee!

It’s called STAN LEE’S HOW TO DRAW COMICS, and it covers every aspect of creating comics that I teach in my worldwide seminars. What’s more, it’s loaded with amazing artwork by my Glass House Graphics artists!  Mike Deodato, Will Conrad, Fabio Laguna, Tina Francisco, Jinky Coronado, Wilson Tortosa, Bong Dazo, and many more!

Here’s a look at the covers of both the trade paperback and the hardcover editions of the book, and some of the interior pages.

Here’s a link to a pretty thorough review of the book

Still not sure you want it?  Here’s a video!

Here’s where to buy the trade paperback — I’ll even sign it for free!

And here’s where to buy the limited edition hardcover, signed by Stan Lee!  And sure, I’ll sign it, too!

Now:  Go forth!  Learn!  Enjoy!  And appreciate Excelsior!
